I’ve come across a few tools that claim they can show recent follows, but they don’t seem very trustworthy. I’m not sure if it’s worth the risk. Has anyone actually used something safe for this, or is it better to stay away?

Yeah, with Instagram those tools always seem a bit risky. I wouldn’t trust giving access to my account.
A few days ago, curiosity got the best of me and I started checking those tools that promise to show recent follows, but something about them felt off right away. Even without signing in, the whole thing looked a bit sketchy and not really convincing. In the end, I decided not to risk it and just figured out a safer way on my own, and it felt way more reassuring recently-followed as I stuck with something simple and didn’t put my account in danger for something so small. It turned into a nice little reminder to trust my instincts with stuff like that.
